1. Bring your own toiletries when travel to reduce use of plastic. Saving water in hotels, reuse towel and be temperate in bed linen changing.
2. Learn a few words of the local language and use them during travel.
3. Buy locally and never purchase crafts, clothing, furniture, and other products that are derived from protected or endangered wildlife or plant species.
4. Respect the natural environment and resources. Never touch or harass wildlife. Always follow designated trails when walking and visiting.
5. Support conservation by paying entrance fees to parks and protected sites/culture monuments or making a donation.
6. Bring rechargeable batteries for your cameras and always bring back used batteries for recycling at home as most destinations you visiting lack of such recycling facilities.
7. Travel green such as get around on foot and try bicycles, use public transport etc. whenever possible to offset your travel footprint.
