We had a wonderful time in Tibet. We have learned a lot about this unique destination because of the wonderful guide Degyi who is so knowledge and always available towards our tours. We stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel Lhasa, and we would never imagine a Tibet travel could be so nice and amazing without the help of Degyi.
Also, thanks a lot to our Tibetan driver Mr.Wongdun for his safe driving and a good sense of service along the way.
We shall return Tibet in the near future!

Day02 Beijing (B, L, SD) 
Enjoy your buffet breakfast at your hotel. Today you will have a day guided tour to explore Beijing. This morning the tour begins with a visit of the Temple of Heaven, located in the southern part of Beijing, and has been one of the most holy places for the whole country for more than five centuries. It used as a complex of sacrificial buildings for the Ming and Qing emperors, and is the largest one in Beijing among several royal altars to Heaven, Earth, the Sun, the Moon and other deities or symbolic forces of Nature. Then you will take a walking in the iconic Tiananmen Square, which is probably the biggest one of its kind in the world. From here you will go on to the Forbidden City (also known officially as the Imperial Palace Museum) was commissioned by the third Emperor of the Ming Dynasty, Emperor Yong Le. The palace was built between 1406 and 1420, but was burnt down, rebuilt, sacked and renovated countless times, so most of the architecture you can see today dates from the 1700's and on wards. The Forbidden City was the seat of Imperial power for 500 years, and is now a major tourist attraction in China. The total area of the complex is 183 acres, so it takes quite a while to walk through, especially if you want to have a close look at everything. All together there are 9,999 1/2 rooms in the Museum, not all of which can be visited. At night you will enjoy delicious Peking Roast Duck Dinner at a fine local restaurant.
Day03 Beijing (B, L)
This morning you will head to the Great Wall of China at Mutianyu. The Great Wall, like the Pyramids of Egypt, the Taj Mahal in India and the Hanging Garden of Babylon, is one of the great wonders of the world. Starting out in the east on the banks of the Yalu Rivers in Liaoning Province, the Great Wall stretches westwards for 12,700km to Jiayuguan in the Bobi Desert, thus known as the Ten Thousand Li Wall in China. In the afternoon you will return back the town and take a trip to the Summer Palace. Located at the northwest suburb of Beijing, the Summer Palace was originally a royal garden and a temporary dwelling palace for emperors of Qing Dynasty, Its predecessor was the Garden of Clear Ripples (Qingyiyuan) started in 1750 and burned down by the British and French allied troops in 1860. In 1886, Empress Dowager Cixi used navy outlays and other funds in the reconstruction and renamed the park as Summer Palace in 1888.The Summer Palace in northwest suburban Beijing is the largest and most complete imperial garden existing in China. You will have a lakeside cruise on the lovely Kunming Lake and enjoy the magical views of the temples, pavilions and covered corridors around.
Day04 Beijing - Yantai (B, L, D)
In the morning you will be driven to a local cooking school to learn how to cook Chinese food. The teachers will teach you how to cook the real Chinese food step by step and one-on-one. You will cooperate with the other students from all over the world and have lunch that you cooked together. In the afternoon you will have a walking to a local food market. Afterwards you will experience a unique Hutong tour by a rickshaw to discover the old residential area of Beijing. Hutongs are closely associated with individual four-sided courtyard in which people live. Most Hutongs are running east west for the local dwellers to procure the sunlight. You will visit a local family in the Hutong area. After dinner you will take a soft sleeper train to Yantai, in China's eastern Shandong Province. Overnight at soft sleeper train with A/C
Day05 Yantai (B, L)
Upon arrival Yantai, you will be met and escorted to your hotel in town. Have breakfast at your hotel. Then you will be transferred to visit Changyu Wine Company. Yantai is the birthplace of China's modern wine industry. Oversees Chinese Mr. Zhang Bishi established this famous Wine Company as far back as 1892 in the city, and in 1992, Changyu's 100th anniversary, the city was named by the International Wine Organization as "International Grape and Wine City." After visiting, you will have a technical interview with company's experts to exchange views and followed by an easy city tour.
Day06 Yantai - Qingdao (B, L)
Check out and leave in the morning for Qingdao. It is a 3 hour leisure drive. Qingdao, an old port city situated on the Southern coast of Shandong, is a quaint and popular spot for sun seekers alike, and Tsingtao Beer is famous all over China. With a total area of 10.645 square km and a total population of 6.95 million (2.27 million in the urban district), Qingdao is in fact one of China's most important economic cities and is the nation's fourth largest port. Besides, the German influence in Qingdao extends beyond impressive architecture to many other areas; from town planning, creating lush wooded avenues and some of China's best parks, to local customs. Of particular interest to many of her visitors is, of course, the Tsingtao Beer, produced locally from the pure Laoshan water, and whose origins lie in the first brewery, established in 1903. You will visit a famous Winery, the first joint venture in China to produce varietal dry white and red wines in accordance with international beverage standards. This operation is at the leading edge of China's plan to become a wine-producing country. Established in 1985, it produces the only varietal vintage wine in the country, and the only wine to win medals in European competitions and its wine is found across the country in all the finest international and luxury hotels and are qualified to use the Chinese "Green-Food" mark. Transferred back your hotel.
Day07 Qingdao/ Xian (B, L, D)
Take a morning flight to Xian. Arrival in Xian, your guide and driver will meet you and transfer you to the town for a trip to the Ancient City Wall of Xian. Built 600 years ago (1374 - 1378) in the Ming Dynasty, the Wall was added on the Tang Dynasty walls. Being the most prominent walls built after medieval time, it is also the best-kept and biggest city walls in Xian. You will ride a bicycle on the Ancient City Wall. After that you will make Chinese dumplings at a local's home. At night you will enjoy the amazing Tang Dynasty Show. Transfer to your hotel.
Day08 Xian (B, L) 
Your Xian tour begins with the mighty Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses. Discovered in 1974, Xian Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses Site is one of the most important archaeological finds in the 20th century. In a vault of approximately 12,000m2 and 5m underground lay some 8,000 terracotta infantry soldiers, archers, cavalrymen and chariots arranged in battle formation, ready to defend their emperor's immortal soul. After the visit you will have a very good local lunch at a graceful restaurant. Then you will head back town to visit the Drum Tower and have a walking on the Muslim food market and its nearby bazaar in the old city area.
Day09 Xian (B, L)
This morning you will take a 2.5hrs drive to rural County to visit one of the oldest Chinese winery, It was founded in 1911 because of a suggestion and help from an Italian Missionary when he passed by here and found the local high quality grapes. Now it has a 17,000-ton capacity, fixed assets of US$1.9 million, total assets of US$ 3.6 million and a staff of 400. Some wine producing equipment imported from France and Argentina since 1990s. Its leading products include 20 wines of high, medium and low grades, of which Tianyun dry red wine and the dry white wine are well sold all over China. The company has 1250 hectare of vineyards covering 8 townships and 59 villages, with total production of different grapes 3 million KG. After visiting we have a meeting with local officials and experts from the company and vineyards. In the afternoon you will be driven back to Xian.
Day10 Xian / Guilin (B, L)
Transfer to airport to take your flight to Guilin. Arrive in Guilin, be met and visit Reed Flute Cave, visit Reed Flute Cave. Comprising different kinds of natural rock formations, Reed Flute Cave (Lu Di Yan) is the most important and sight worthy cave of Guilin vicinity for its length of 240 meters and its many stalactites, stalagmites and rock formations in weird and wonderful shapes appealing to everyone's imagination. In addition, you will visit the Elephant Trunk Hill, located at the confluence of the Li River and Peach Blossom River in the south central area of Guilin City. It looks like a huge elephant stretching its trunk and drinking water, hence the name. Elephant Trunk Hill is the symbol of Guilin and its limestone landscape.
Day11 Guilin - Yangshuo (B, L, D)
Guilin is perhaps China's most scenic city. It is no doubt that the best way to enjoy its picturesque scenery is from a floating deck of a luxury cruise on the Li River. Your guide and driver will transfer you from your hotel to Zhujiang Pier to board your wonderful river cruise tour to Yangshuo. Li River, also known as Guishui River or Gui River, takes its source at Mao'er Mountain in Xing'an County, which lies to northeast Guilin, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Li River makes its way through Guilin and Yangshuo and merges into Xijiang River in Wuzhou. The mountains on the banks over 40 kilometers long between Guilin and Yangshuo display their extraordinary beauty as a result of the development of the limestone. More than 40,000 hills lie along the two sides of the river, covering a total length of more than 150 kilometers. With their astonishing resemblance to bamboo shoot, screen, elephant and camel, these mountains, together with green banyans and green bamboo as well as the cottages and fishing boats, contribute to form a scenery picture depicting a haven of peace dominated by green. After a 4.5 hours cruise on the river you will finally make disembarkation at Yangshuo where you will take a Chinese cookery lesson. This class begins at the local market where ingredients for the dishes are chosen by students. Back at a covered, rooftop patio- classroom, you have an opportunity to learn three dishes and enjoy the dishes cooked by you.
Day12 Yangshuo - Guilin / Shanghai (B, L)
This morning you will have a bicycle tour to discover the rustic landscapes of Yangshuo. The tour lasts approx. 2hrs. After that you will be transferred to Guilin airport to take your flight to Shanghai. In Shanghai, you will be met and received by local guide who will transfer you to the town for a walking tour to the famous Nanjing Road and the Bund. Nanjing Road is Shanghai's most hustle and bustle pedestrian street. The Bund is without question one of the most popular Shanghai attractions. This waterfront area, which runs for about a mile along the Huangpu River, forms the easternmost boundary of Old Shanghai, and here you can gaze at buildings of various architectural styles. You will enjoy a river cruise on the Huangpu River to view the townscape from a floating perspective.
Day13 Shanghai (B, L)
This morning you will head to Zhujiajiao, Shanghai's ancient water town. You will have a boat tour in Zhujiajiao. Drive back the city and visit Yuyuan Garden. Yuyuan garden is the most famous garden in south China and decorated with beautiful pavilions, miniature lakes, bridges and rock formations. At night you will enjoy a splendid Chinese acrobatic Show.
Day14 Depart Shanghai (B)
Your guide and driver will transfer you to airport according to your flight schedule. End of your China Wine and Food Tour.
