We had a wonderful time in Tibet. We have learned a lot about this unique destination because of the wonderful guide Degyi who is so knowledge and always available towards our tours. We stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel Lhasa, and we would never imagine a Tibet travel could be so nice and amazing without the help of Degyi.
Also, thanks a lot to our Tibetan driver Mr.Wongdun for his safe driving and a good sense of service along the way.
We shall return Tibet in the near future!

Day02 Zhangjiajie (B, L)
You will spend the full day to visit Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, which is renowned for the picturesque landscape of large coverage of green plants, tranquil creeks as well as grotesque peaks and rocks. The first famous attraction you will visit is the Yellow Stone Stronghold (Huangshizhai), where the main scenic spots are Tranquil Trail in Fir Woods, Imperial Edict and the Precious Box, Needle Peak, the Southern Gate to Heaven and Five-Finger Peak. Then you will go to the Golden Whip Stream (Jinbian Stream), where the crystal water reflects the shadow of the green trees, ridges and peaks. Your today's tour will conclude with visiting the Ten-Mile Gallery by the single mini train.
Day03 Zhangjiajie (B, L)
This morning you will visit Tianzi Mountain Natural Reserve, which earns its reputation for the stunning view of peaks and is known as 'the monarch of the peak forest' and the Ten-mile gallery, with picturesque sceneries, will make you enjoy a lot. Then go to Yuanjiajie, a natural platform that faces giant rocks rising from deep valleys and surrounded by higher mountains. Unique in their shapes and covered with pine trees, these rocks resemble a vivid Chinese; its main scenic spots include: the First Bridge under the Sun, Mihun Stage (bold cliff with mystery) and Hallelujah Mountain. Additionally you will take a boat trip on the Baofeng Lake, which is also known as "Jade Pool under the Sun" and integrates natural beauty and folk custom together, and its highlights include the mirror-like lake, the marvelous Baofeng Waterfall, the One Line Valley and the mysterious Baofeng Temple etc.
Day04 Zhangjiajie - Yichang, Yangtze Cruise Embarkation (B, L)
Enjoy your buffet breakfast at your hotel. You will proceed to Yichang city. The drive takes up to five hours, hence please sit back and relax. Upon arrival Yichang, you will take a city orientation tour, after that you will be transferred to Yichang Pier and board your luxury Yangtze Cruise Ship.
Day05 Yangtze Cruise (B, L, D)
This morning you will take a shore excursion to the Three Gorges Dam. There is a bus driving you to the peak where you could overlook the huge Three Gorges Dam composed of the dam, the hydropower stations and the navigation facility.
Day06 Yangtze Cruise (B, L, D)
Shore excursion to the Shennong Stream in the morning, and in the afternoon the ship will be passing Wu Gorge and Qutang Gorge. Shennong Stream is another tributary of the Yangtze River, and its fast-flowing, crystal clear water runs southwards through deep gorges. The stream races past large and small karst caves, flocks of swallows, sheer cliffs, deep gorges, waterfalls, three-colored springs, rapids, the ancient plank path, a suspended coffin in the cliff, groups of ancient tombs and marvelous karst formations.
Day07 Yangtze Cruise (B, L, D)
Today your ship will stop for a shore excursion at the famous Fengdu Ghost City where you can learn about China's afterlife culture. Afterwards, you'll re-board the ship and continue your cruise towards Chongqing.
Day08 Chongqing (B, L)
Arriving in Chongqing, you will be met at the pier by our local guide and visit Ciqikou Ancient Town. Dated back to the late Ming Dynasty, The buildings have been restored and well preserved. Along the streets, restaurants, souvenirs shops and local snacks are located. There are several tea houses that feature daily performances of traditional Chinese music. You will have a walk around the Goose Neck Park. This park has a good view of the city and the roiling Yangtze River. A great mural of the Yangtze River shows the pre-dam water levels and elevation marks signifying the displacement of the local population, as well as the land area that has been and will be covered when the dam is completed. After that you will visit Pandas at Chongqing Zoo to meet the lovely and cute giant pandas. Finally you will be transferred to airport for your departure flight. Your Zhangjiajie and Yangtze Journey ends here.
